1. Independent community project

Retro is an independent, community-run MMORPG server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher or trademark owner. All trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the website and Discord integration. By pre-registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Pre-registration

Pre-registering reserves your place on the launch mailing list and gives you access to launch news. It does not guarantee beta access, character names, or any specific in-game reward. We may limit or change rewards at any time.

4. Virtual currency

Coins and any other in-game items are virtual goods only. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be sold, traded for real money, or redeemed outside the game. Invite rewards are bonuses given at our discretion and are not payment or compensation.

5. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referrals
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or virtual currency for real money
• Use the service for any illegal activity

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or disrupts the community, without refund or compensation.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the server or website at any time. We are not responsible for lost data or downtime.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
