Retro is an independent community-run MMORPG server. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or pre-register with Discord, and how we use it.
When you pre-register with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, email address, username, and any public profile information you have chosen to share with Discord. We also store the invite code you used (if any), your country code and UTM parameters for attribution, and basic analytics data such as your IP address and browser type.
We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Conversions API to measure ad performance and improve our marketing. This may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We only enable these tracking tools after you accept cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time using the banner at the bottom of the page.

We do not sell your personal data. We share hashed email data with Meta only for ad measurement and audience building. We may also share data with service providers who host our website or send communications on our behalf.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us on Discord. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
